Positive: Joe and Johhana could not have been more gracious. We sailec our boat into a local marina for the first time forvannual repairs and needed a place to stay. Johhana was great with helping point us in the right direction on everything as we had no clue where to eat or how to get around. A lot of landlords may say call if you need anything, but Johhana answers and helps! We will definitely be staying there in the future! Love the rooftop patio!
